Review: This tool is so great it is fun. You are likely to find yourself taking things apart that don't require any repair. This little driver is amazing. Someone put some real thought into it and Black & Decker should be proud of this product. It differs from most handheld screwdrivers in that it has a grip large enough fr a man to hold comfortably and is shaped to fit any size hand small or big. The next thing you notice is it's balance. Many screwdrivers are so ungainly due to severe weight imbalance from one end to the other. This drive is weighted so a person can work comfortably with one in his hand for hours without suffering arm pain, cramps or fatigue. This is especially important when working at shoulder height or above. I was able to drive more screws for a longer period than with a conventional Drill/driver. Next the led light was a brilliant addition. This driver can get into small places that would normally require a flashlight being held or propped up just to see the screw. The pivoting head allows you to view your target from every angle and drive any sort of offset screw. I am so sold I am buying some for the family for Christmas and I am up grading to a the lithium model with smart select. I work on vintage Electronics and it is critical that you not strip a screw head or worse over tighten one and damage the wood or metal you are working with. This is impossible if you set the smart select for the desired degree of torque need to firmly seat you screw and not over tighten. It simply won't allow you to make a mistake.
Pros: Grip, Balance, weight.adjust ability, ease of operation an a fast long lasting recharge.
Cons: It doesn't have any on board slots for additional bits and every model should have smart select. I can't think of any situation, job or application that this little tool wouldn't easier. If it had a egg beater attachment we would have to fight mom for it.
